MSU Extension in partnership with Centro de Esperanza in Muskegon is offering a FREE chronic disease self-management workshop in the community for Spanish-speaking adults with chronic disease conditions and their family caregivers.
Tomando Control de su Salud is an interactive chronic disease self-management series that explores a variety of tools and techniques to help participants mange their condition. The six weekly sessions be held on Tuesdays, October 28 – December 2 at Centro de Esperanza in Muskegon from 10-12 p.m.Participants will also receive a free book “Tomando Control de su salud.”

There will also be a brief informational session on the program on 10/7 from 10-10:30 a.m. at Centro de Esperanza (Center of Hope).
