After a 4-year pandemic induced hiatus, we’re extremely happy to announce that the 3rd edition of the Latinx Film Festival (LxFF) will (finally) take place February 15-18th, 2024!
This edition of LxFF will continue our tradition of programming ground-breaking independent cinema from Latin America, Spain and the United States while shining a cinematic light on social justice. Issues of immigration, race, class and gender remain central to the festival program, and it once again highlights the intersections of film, music and cultural politics.
LxFF 2024 has a special focus on gun violence with an exclusive performance of GUAC: The One-Man Show by Manny Oliver, this edition’s featured invited guest, and through partnerships with a variety of local and national organizations working on this urgent public health crisis.
As always, the majority of LxFF films and special events are FREE & OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!
Ticket sales for GUAC: The One-Man Show at Stage One, another riveting Salsa Verde! concert at Urban Beat, and our 3 film screenings at Celebration Cinema will be available soon. Check our website regularly for updates, including additional information on the films, panelists and other exciting additions to the program.
Stay connected with us during the weeks leading up to LxFF 2024 and during the festival on social media, tell your friends and family that LxFF is back, and see you in person very soon!
