Mark your calendars as Cafecito Caliente has begun preparing this years game with every intention of making it a day to remember. Its a day where we take the time to honor and recognize those that came before us, specifically the Latin American Baseball League which ran from 1948 til 1975. The baseball League eventually gave way to the present day Latin American Coed Softball Leagues.
We always open the day with a live Tejano band in front of the stadium starting at 11am with pregame festivities beginning at 12:45 and game time at 1:05pm. Along with the traditional folkloric dance group, a member of the Latina community will sing the National Anthem and God Bless America.
We will be updating our fan favorite adbook with plenty of unseen photos so if your looking to hit the Latino market, this game attracts about 500 folks from the local Latino community. Please contact Sein Paul Benavides at seinpaul65@gmail.com for details.
SOON WE WILL BE ANNOUNCING OUR ENTERTAINMENT LINEUP FOR THE DAY!!!
