Biography
- As a bilingual therapist and proud daughter of immigrant parents, I understand the stigma around mental health in the Latinx community. My journey inspired me to create a safe, culturally aware space where you can explore healing without judgment.
I specialize in working with first-generation professionals, imposter syndrome, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and psychodynamic. I integrate informed tools from somatic therapy, EMDR, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, nutrition awareness, and solution-focused practices to support whole-person healing.
I believe our bodies hold emotional experiences, and by including somatic practices, we can deepen self-understanding and release what no longer serves us. I also recognize how culture, food, and identity shape our mental health. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, set meaningful goals, and reconnect with your true self. I would be honored to walk alongside you in this process.
