Michigan Impact Scholarship

The Michigan Impact Scholarship was created through a partnership with Cleary University. In 2025, one Michigan Impact Scholarship was awarded, worth full tuition at Cleary University. Student recipients can attend any Cleary University campus (Howell, Ann Arbor, or Detroit) or take classes online. Special consideration was given to applicants who plan to contribute to the local economy after graduation.

New Beginnings Scholarships

The New Beginnings Scholarship supports those who are interested in pursuing a skilled trade or technical career (e.g., electrical, HVAC, construction, welding, plumbing, nursing, or EMT). Employers in these categories are facing shortages, and jobs are in high demand. Four New Beginnings Scholarships are available per year, and each is worth up to $7,500. Funds can be used for tuition, tools for the trade, professional fees, or dues.
