Community Listening Session for Pregnant and Postpartum People March 10, 2026

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Lifecourse Epidemiology & Genomics Division will be holding an upcoming maternal health community listening session for pregnant and parenting women in the tri-county (Ingham, Eaton, Clinton) area.

They are hosting this 90-minute, in-person session to create a safe and welcoming space for women to share their experiences and challenges with pregnancy, parenting and accessing local resources. The goal is to learn what community strengths and gaps exist to ensure that programs and services truly reflect the needs of the community.

Event Details

Date: March 10, 2026

Time: 11:30 AM – 1 PM (Doors will open at 11 AM for lunch – open to registered participants).

Location: The Cadillac Room

The session in English only this year. Unfortunately, childcare will not be provided.

To be eligible for this session, you must:

  • Live in Michigan.
  • Be 18 years or older.
  • Had a baby in the past three years.
    This session is limited to 12 participants. Food will be
    provided.
    Participants who attend the full 90-minute session
    will receive a $150 gift card. Incentives are available
    only to individuals who are registered and confirmed
    to attend. One gift card will be provided per
    registered participant.
