Join us for the opening reception of Ex Voto/Retablo Community Exhibit on Sunday October 7 from 1 to 5pm. (the gallery will open at 12pm to accommodate those attending Dick Rosemont’s performance at The Robin). The exhibit runs until October 28th. Gallery hours are Saturdays and Sundays from 12 to 5pm. Created by local artists and community members, Retablos or Ex Votos are a thanks or call for intervention in precarious situations or times of need. The exhibit is free and open to the public. The gallery is located at 204 E Mt Hope Ave, Lansing, Michigan on the corner of Teel and Mt Hope near Walter French. Light refreshments, parking in the rear, handicap accessible.
