The Lansing for Cesar E. Chavez Committee (LCEC) will debut the Cesar E. Chavez Fiesta helping to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month which is from September 15th to October 15th each year. Using the Cesar E. Chavez Plaza, the LCEC Committee will offer a family friendly event and a much needed festival to the Hispanic Latino community.
