The City of Lansing will once again host the 16th Annual Memorial Celebration once again at the Tony Benavides City Council Chambers which is located on the 10th Floor of City Hall. 124 W. Michigan Ave. Lansing, Michigan 48933. A reception will follow. Sponsored by the Lansing City Council in partnership with LLEAD of Greater Lansing.
