As a Small Business Liaison, Adriana is dedicated to connecting small business clients with partner programs and ensuring they receive the financial resources and support needed to scale and thrive.
Adriana is the proud daughter of Mexican immigrant parents and the first in her family to graduate from a four-year university. She brings a diverse range of experience in real estate, relationship building, and management to her role at LEAP.
Outside of work, Adriana enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, traveling, and listening to podcasts. She is deeply passionate about supporting her local Latino community.
