This year, Vendor booths are $150.00 per booth. They’re filling quickly!! (A minimum $50.00 deposit to reserve your spot by February 1st as we have a waitlist for the 2026 event we’re opening and wanted to give you an opportunity to be a part of it again.) All payments and deposits are final and non-refundable with final payments due by March 21st, 2026 for marketing purposes. Each vendor category (Photography, Videography, DJ’s, MUA, Bakers, etc.) will be limited to 4 vendor businesses to ensure exclusivity and diversity. Payments can be sent via Venmo to: Sarah-Samson- (Please list in your transaction your business name and Quince Expo Deposit.) and the photo on the venmo account will be our Pierre’s Bridal logo.
Payments can be sent via CashApp to: $PierresBridal (Please list in your transaction your business name and Quince Expo Deposit.) The account photo will be the Pierre’s Bridal logo.
Each vendor is required to provide a raffle donation valued at $25.00. This cannot be a discount off services and must be presented at the Quinceanera Spectacular Expo Event upon check-in. Examples include a piece of your merchandise, a giftcard, a goodie basket, etc. A maximum of 2 vendor passes per vendor booth will be provided. Additional staff / vendors will need to purchase tickets for entry.
Vendor booths will be supplied by Eagle Eye as 8 foot tables covered with linens. You are more than welcome to bring your own table covers and linens for decor. Decorations that are hung on the walls are not permitted under any circumstances.
